We had two champions at this championships. Pat Logan who had a rather long wait to make an m55 debut in these championships as the last edition 14 months earlier he was one of the oldest m50s won the 100m and 200m double.

Our other winner, Simon Byway won the m45 400m hurdles and got a masters PB out of it (Power of 10 lists it as an absolute PB so anything better must be pre 2005)

Camilla Thrush got 4 silvers in w45 Shot (a season's best), Weight, Discus and Javelin.

Joan Trimble got a bronze in the w60 100m and a silver in the 200m.

Adam Bellis got a silver in the m35 in the 400m and also did the 200m (less than a month before his 40th birthday)

Richard Holt got m40 400m silver.

Andy Gordon coming back from injury did the 100m in the m40s.

Mike May got season's bests at 100m and 200m and equal SB in the long jump, and a very bad 400m, and hopes to continue improving at the World Masters in Perth (Oct 25th to Nov 6th - Camilla going too)
