February 17th - Doors open 18:30

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will take place on Friday 17th February 2017 at 7pm doors open at 6.30pm, at Kingsmeadow Function Rooms, Jack Goodchild Way, Kingston upon Thames KT1 3PB. Any proposals for the amendments to the Club Rules or additional items for inclusion on the Agenda should be sent to the General Secretary: at least 14 days before the meeting. (The General Secretary has the discretion to vary this rule.)

AGM Dinner 8.30pm 17th February 2017

Following on from the success of last year’s AGM Dinner we will again be offering all Club members and supporters the chance to join together for a meal and get together following the AGM. Tickets are £5 per person, winners of Club Awards for 2016 are offered one free ticket to the event. In order to ensure we cater for everyone please can you book your place by 10th February 2017 via this link.
