The Report

Camilla Thrush took on the mantle of Main Organiser,with ample assistance from our Chairman and Committee Members,and generosity from ALL ROUND so it is a pleasure to report a successful evening's entertainment,leading to a surplus of around £300 towards BAL and other club travel in 2012. Our grateful thanks to All.

Support came mostly from K&P members of all ages and from others from the Training Groups at Kingsmeadow,with a few welcome guests. The weather was pretty kind,there were some good workouts and the donated Prize & Refreshment Provisions most welcome.

The Entertainment

Inaugurated to raise Funds for our Travel commitments,particularly BAL trips to Glasgow and Derby in 2012,we invite YOU to come along and enjoy a series of light-hearted romps at Kingsmeadow - snow not guaranteed,but we are praying,after last year's fun frolic.

6.30 Standing Throws and Jumps Competitions

6.45 Junior Age Groups(up to and inc U15s) - 5k Team Relay - any number in a team,running 200/400 legs to suit the team

7.00 5K Wheelchair Time Trials

7.15 Olympian David Weir MBE will attack the British Wheelchair 10K Record

7.30 Open 10K Team Relay - any number in a team,running 200/400 to suit the team

Entry Fees

Over 16s - £5 for 1 event===£5.50 for 2 events===£6 for 3 events

Under 16s - £3.50 for 1 event===£4 for 2 events===£4.50 for 3 events

We cater for runners, jumpers, throwers and multi-eventers on the track, in the field, on the roads or over the country and are based at Kingsmeadow in Kingston-upon-Thames (KT1 3PB). We'll be very happy to help you with your sport – so please just get in touch and we'll do all we can to assist.
