LILY B MATCH 2 CROYDON 30th JUNE

As you all know we had an amazing result at this match winning by more than 200 points which is absolutely fantastic. This result was only possible because we had a great team of girls willing to give anything a go to get a point or two for the team. The U17’s gained huge numbers of points by having B string competitors when other clubs didn’t, in 11 events in this age group we scored maximum points which really made a huge difference overall.

There were 23 new PB’s which is really encouraging given the windy conditions. We had some new competitors at this match, namely, Sophie G & Hannah both of whom had very encouraging performances in their events and scored valuable points for the team.

Kingston now lead the League and if we win the next match we will retain the League title we won last year which would be a fantastic achievement.

Thank you all or your support so far, let’s try and make it a clean sweep by winning our final league match before the cup final in August.
