As mentioned on the AGM notice here is a list of the vacant positions on the committee at the moment alongside a short description of what the role entails.

Press & Newsletter Officer:

The K&P Newsletter is produced twice a year, it’s a great job for anyone who has the editorial skills and interested in producing the newsletter. The role requires you to gather reports and photos from team mangers, committee and club members. Check the website for records and other useful information. Then format the document, send it to the printers, send out to all K&P members and post a copy on the website. Press Officer role is very easy, all you need to do is edit the reports sent to you and then send them onto the local newspapers.

Merchandiser Officer:

Keep stock of the Club kit such as Vests etc and liaise with the Membership team over orders for vests.  Take orders from Club members and supply from the our stock of kit.  Sounds like a lot more work than it is, but really is relatively simple with order forms available on the website.  Deliveries can be made to Kingsmeadow for people to collect easily.

Social Conveners:

Organising various club socials such as our recent Christmas party and Summer bowling trip.  This is really just for one person to take 'lead' on events as everyone gets heavily involved with raffles, invites etc but needs one person to ensure it comes together on the night.
