Four K&P members ran in the Elmbridge 10km on Sunday 20th July. The course was flat and was run mainly on gravel along the towpath in cloudy, calm but humid conditions. I am pleased to announce that Molly Renfer was 3rd senior lady 37.34. This was her first 10km. I finished a disappointing for me 47.26, David Greenfield 49.57, and Mike Edwards first 10km 59.55.

Caroline Jeffcote, returning from injury ran in the National Lottery Anniversary run an finished roughly, Caroline quotes in 52.20 which she is pleased about.
