The following Level 2 Track & Field Officials’ courses have now been arranged in Surrey, in conjunction with the England Athletics London Region Education Manager, which can be booked via the England Athletics website as follows:

These will almost certainly be the only Level 2 Track & Field officials’ courses in Surrey this side of Christmas, please support these events as there is the risk that they may be cancelled if there are insufficient applications.

If the above dates are not convenient for any Surrey officials, they may apply to attend courses at nearby locations in other counties:

· Kent (Tonbridge School): 18th October (all disciplines, including Photo-finish);
· Sussex (K2, Crawley): 1st November (all disciplines, except Photo-finish);
· Hampshire (Andover): 8th November (Field, Timekeeper and Starter / Marksman);
· Kent (Erith): 21st November (all disciplines, except Timekeeping)

Sussex are also holding an Endurance / Risk Awareness course at Steyning on 10th / 11th November.

Surrey County AA and all its affiliated clubs need more officials, this is the chance for new volunteers to get started and for existing officials to try another discipline – do, please help to support the club in its future athletics campaigns via officiating.
