KACPH AGM & Social

at Kingsmeadow Function Rooms

This year the committee are re-vamping the Club AGM to include a social, and reducing the amount of verbal reports by displaying a slide show.  We are hoping this will increase the number of our members enjoying an evening of entertainment together, celebrating the clubs successes and hearing what the committee have been up to this past year.
As part of the exciting changes to the AGM, there will be the option of purchasing a food voucher at £5 per head, along with a raffle. The bar will also be open for club members to purchase drinks whilst enjoying some music.

If anyone has any raffle prizes they wish to donate in aid of the clubhouse fund, they would be gratefully received. Further details of how to do this can be found by email to  [ This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ](mailto:

) Any family/ friend connections to local businesses would be appreciated, and the business acknowledged on award.

Food vouchers will go on sale from Committee members mid January once award winners are informed, KACPH award winners will be provided with a free food voucher for the evening. These vouchers are not required to attend the event.

Full AGM meeting agenda to be sent out last week in January 2016 as usual. Any queries about the new format, please contact the General Secretary Team by email at: [ This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ](mailto:
