K&P's Senior team packed reasonably well over Ranelagh's Richmond Park course,holding their line well enough to maintain a League place just above the drop zone after the third of the four fixtures.Stars of the day,though,were Josie Inverdale & Charlie Kelly in the Under 13s race.

Thirteenth team place on the day puts the five-to-score senior team in 14th place overall,though 11th of the 15 A teams,with 3 to go down - so all hands on deck for the final match at West Ewell on 12th Feb. Individually,Rachel Burbridge(42nd-23.47) led us home,ahead of Avelline Deighton(60-25.15),Nicky Atkins(72-25.58),Debbie Raymond(77-26.28),Liz Richardson(89-26.49),Nicki Murphy(116-28.27) & Johanna Gibbons(126-30.02).

In that Under 13 race,Josie Inverdale ran very close to the winner but was edged into 2nd(14.20) and Charlie Kelly took a fine 6th(14.29) close behind.In the team race,K&P were 5th and are 6th overall. In the Under 15 event,Harriet Owens was a confident 10th,giving the club 7th on the day and 11th overall.
