Scoring:
Two to score for both men and women - BAL scoring system
Overall match scores will include both women’s and men’s scores.
Officials:
In addition to those Officials who have accepted our direct invites to officiate, we ask that all clubs please ensure they bring officials with them. This is so we can ensure the timetable runs efficiently with the additional athletes competing.
We would appreciate if Clubs could bring with them the following officials:
Timekeeper x 1
Field official x 3
Track judge x 1
Please let us know in advance if you are unable to for some reason.
We shall have ETPF/EDM – courtesy of Surrey County AA who will also be using the Meeting as an Officials Training and Monitoring Event, for which K&P are grateful for.
Non Scorers and Guests:
ALL Non-scorers/Guests whether from the 8 competing clubs or from elsewhere will be asked to pay £5 for the first event and £3 each subsequent event. This also applies to match selections, if they compete in events outside their match event(s).
Guests in TRACK events may well be allocated to match races
Guests in FIELD events may well be limited to 3 trials, unless their distance is greater than the top 6 getting additional attempts and expected to help officials.
CLUBS should your club decide NOT to compete, please inform Dominique ASAP.
Please pass this notice on, if you are no longer the contact or not the TM.
Please note that as always there will be a football match ongoing at Kingsmeadow so please advise athletes to arrive early to ensure parking.
We are one of the biggest and friendliest athletics clubs in London and compete across a huge array of leagues, events and championships and have athletes of literally all standards and ages and across all events.
Whether you are an 8 year old novice, a senior international or a “more mature” athlete looking to get back into the sport – we can help you achieve your goals.
We cater for runners, jumpers, throwers and multi-eventers on the track, in the field, on the roads or over the country and are based at Kingsmeadow in Kingston-upon-Thames (KT1 3PB). We'll be very happy to help you with your sport – so please just get in touch and we'll do all we can to assist.
