A recount saw both our men and women win this fourth round fixture which leaves us out in front - Match scores:Men K&P 55/BoE 53/R&T 49/BA 47/E&E 6/Walton 5 & Women K&P 46/E&E 31/Wal 19/BA 15. Overall,with Barn Elms & Roehampton to visit,it's K&P 21.5/BA 16/R&T 15/BoE 13.5/E&E 11/Walton 7 in the Mens and K&P 19/E&E 17/Wal 9/BA 8/R&T 2.
Another warm evening enabled Rachel Burbridge(2kSteeple 7.55.1) to break her own Club Open Record,with both Dominique Blaize(63.2) & Owen Lewis(53.7) taking advantage of the still conditions to lower their own 400m PBs. Our sprinters dominated with Sarah Harris(12.7/26.3) & Claire Stonestreet(12.7/26.6) swopping wins;Rugare Mabika(11.5/23.6) took the mens;Peter Walsh,Simon Grier & Humphrey Waddington(voluminously as ever) warmed up for the BAL; and Camilla Thrush continued her unbeaten sequence in the throws.
