Rachel Burbridge took the Division Two Individual title in this final match,leading K&P back into the Division One mix for 2007/8.

Finishing 21st overall,Rachel(22.54) was 8 secs short of another win over Ranelagh's course in Richmond Park; the day's Div 2 winner,Fiona Love(G&G) needed to put 2 places between herself and Rachel,but was unable to do so,leaving our lady the champion.

Behind,the packing was again good - Debbie Raymond 14th(25.16) pipped Avelline(25.18) by one place,and Nicky Atkins(22nd) & Susanne Dietrich(32nd) closed in the A team to clinch a return to the upper echelon,accompanied by winners,Runnymede and 3rd placed Elmbridge. Nicki Murphy(35th),Liz Richardson(44th) & Johanna Gibbons(49th) out of 80+ in D2 completed our squad.

In the younger age races,our flair-runners from Tiffins continued their good form - in the U15s,Molly Renfer took 10th & Maddie Garner 15th(of 30 odd) with Lucy Clacher 8th in the U13s(of 40).

Well done,all,indeed - but did your efforts inspire the Men in their later events on Epsom Downs?
