We continue our Charles Atlas impersonation - holding the other 13 teams up above our heads! We amassed an extraordinarily meagre and parsimonious 55.5pts.

Pat Logan(M45 1A/1A 11.7/24.2) & Jake Budd(U17 1B/2B 12.2/24.9) dominated the sprints;Maurice Joyce(M60) shared 2nd in the PV(2.20);Rob Smith set a PB in the SP,winning with 10.75 and took 2nd in the Hammer(38.91);Peter Wilkins ran 5th in the 1500(5.09.1); & Rainer Agen(M45) won the Triple at 12.67.

Non-scoring exploits included Mike Maranzano(3kSteeple 10.23.9),Maris Kuklis(200 23.7) & Chuck Isetts(200 28.5).

Results will be on the NB at K.
