Whilst the 'come-as-you-please' approach we have adopted with this League suits the wealth of competition available, the turnout at Walton would have given the impression that the approach was 'please don't come',so poor was the response. Those few there enjoyed themselves but we were never 'at the races' teamwise. In the U13G,Phoebe Haynes showed promise;at U15 we had an almost full squad with Rose Ridewood winning the HJ at 1.33,Amy Simmons the DT with 22.27 & Mary Iheke sharing the honours at 75 Hurdles(13.4).Dani Ayres alone held the fort at U17 whilst it was good to see Amy Jablonska & Bethany Wilkins making the first appearances of the season. Scores in M2 were:Sutton 308,Bracknell 272.5,K&P 178.5,E&E 141,F&C 74. Next match-Sutton July 10.
