Less than a handfull journeyed to Horsham, three to be exact, with BAL calls seriously limiting attendance.
We were 5th in the match with 28pts and our final placing was 9th of the 11 clubs, which was,in fact,an improvement from last year!.
M40 Rob Lowe again committed to the match, and he remained the only member with a full 5-match presence;along with now-established BAL team members,Jason Bernard & Bilen Ahmet,he contributed well over half of the club points in this league(176/291).
With Rob picking up 12 pts on the day(inc 21.91 DT/28.10 JT),U17 Patrick Hillyer continued to hone his performances towards a likely BAL debut, winning the Triple Jump(12.51) and taking 2nd in the Long(5.55).Peter Wilkins contested the 5000 for the first time this summer, taking 2nd in the match race.
