A paltry affair!
Full result on NB at K.
A mere 8 souls descended on Lewes for Round 2.
Most pleased was likely Mike Clarke whose 45m48 to win the Javelin was another improvement on his best. There were also doubles for Rob Smith(HT/SP 36m46/10m81) and Jason Barnard(100/200 11.9/23.0),with Adam Bellis, back in action, taking the 400 in 51.7.Matt Hyett took 2nd in the 5k(18.39.9).Andy Arbour, intent on reclaiming his previous multi-events mantle, was sadly curtailed by a calf injury after opening with the 400H,whilst Mike May and David Barrington bore the total brunt of the officiating,as well as picking up a point or two.
We were well last, and have slipped to 13th in the table. Scores were Haywards H/Lewes 111,Horsham 101,QPH 72 and K&P 33.
