URGENT HELP NEEDED: The Surrey Masters Field Championships is currently going to be cancelled unless we as a county can muster up a couple of volunteers to help run the events.

As athletes the majority of officials that time or run your events are masters, many of them are athletes too. They give up a lot of time to help run every other fixture through the year, and need some support now from the community to help them.

If you are free on the 6th July even for half a day to pop down to Kingsmeadow, the field team would really appreciate some help to put this competition on.

Let Gordon, Camilla or Peter Shilling know ASAP. A decision is being made to cancel it tonight if there aren’t some more volunteers.

We cater for runners, jumpers, throwers and multi-eventers on the track, in the field, on the roads or over the country and are based at Kingsmeadow in Kingston-upon-Thames (KT1 3PB). We'll be very happy to help you with your sport – so please just get in touch and we'll do all we can to assist.
