MEDAL ALERT!!

Well done to all the Momentum / K&P athletes in action this weekend. There were masses of great performances.

Here we celebrate the medal winners at the weekend.

We had a complete set of medals at the South of England Championships. Rebecca got gold in the SM 800m, and Jack silver in the men's race. In the U20 400m Sophie won the bronze.

Across the Surrey and Middlesex Schools there were golds for Tua Garrard and Ella Henderson and bronzes for each of Lily Cowan, Katie de Gregorio and Otto de Jong.

It is possible, as not all results have been released yet, that we have other medals too - apologies to those who may have won them, we'll update when we get your news.

At the BMC at Watford, there was a big PB for Connor over 1500m.

In the Southerns Ellie ran a big PB with her first ever sub 67 400m hurdles.

Across all meetings everyone who took part did well - it's a busy time of year and the next few weeks should be a lot of fun.
