Congratulations to the NAL team at the K&P home match at the weekend.

There were lots of great performance on a day when the weather didn't exactly play ball. (Sean, as you can see from his photo, will testify to this).

The team finished a very creditable 4th and we are secure in our position in the league for next year, which is a testament to all the efforts put in.

We had double first in the 100m hurdles for women (Kira and Joely), Joely also won the A string 400mH. Other A string wins included Tom (100m) and Rebecca (1500m).
Sophie won the B string 800m.

With plenty of other strong events scoring lots of points (mens 800, SP, HT, 2000 SC, 1500m and women's 200) it was a fitting finish to the league part of the season.

There is one final match (which is A strings only) in August, so we'll look for a rousing finale to the 2024 campaign.
