What a great season it's been (with just a the Surrey Relays to go on the track).

A huge congratulations to everyone who made it so successful.

We had some really strong league performances (LAG YDL having their best showing for years, NAL and SAL securing their position in the league despite hugely strong opposition, the best Vets League performances in years to name a few).

We also saw a lot individual success.

Carmen Rose has had stella year at high jump winning ESAA, English and SIAB comps. Jack Dickson won the U23 England Champs at 1500m and Rebecca Keddie became the senior Southern Champ at 800m.

There were many others here who won medals and smashed PBs - showing we are strong across many events and very well set for an evening stronger year next year.

Towards the end of the year the National Relays took place where we won two golds and a bronze.

There are so many other things that could be mentioned, but these can be saved for the Awards ceremonies in the spring.

Now we look forward to winter training, cross-country and the indoor season.

We cater for runners, jumpers, throwers and multi-eventers on the track, in the field, on the roads or over the country and are based at Kingsmeadow in Kingston-upon-Thames (KT1 3PB). We'll be very happy to help you with your sport – so please just get in touch and we'll do all we can to assist.
