We are hosting the final QUADKids Open of the season on Sunday 22nd September.

Under 9s and Under 11s welcome regardless of club. Come and compete in our multi event competition! Earn points in each event and build the highest total across all four events.

Under 9s will compete in the 50m Sprint, Howler Throw, Standing Long Jump and 300m Run.

Under 11s will compete in the 75m Sprint, Howler Throw, Long Jump and 600m Run.

Entry is free for registered Kingston athletes.

Coaches for All

We cater for runners, jumpers, throwers and multi-eventers on the track, in the field, on the roads or over the country and are based at Kingsmeadow in Kingston-upon-Thames (KT1 3PB). We'll be very happy to help you with your sport – so please just get in touch and we'll do all we can to assist.
