It was a good start to the Surrey League campaign at the weekend.

On their return to Division 2, the men had a very creditable 6th place finish packing well showing good strength in depth.

There were also some good performances in the junior races, with more than a dozen athletes taking part.

Star of the day, however, was @rebeccainabox who ran away from the division 2 ladies field to win the race by nearly 30 seconds, a fantastic performance.
