📢RECORD BREAKER! 🏆

Kingston hosted the first of the Open Throws Series with @athletics.app as the meeting management software. Not only was this a UK first 🏆use of the system, it was also a WORLD first 🏆for Field Lynx integrating with Athletics.App.

The competition featured some excellent performances in a throws pentathlon, with live results displays and an unrivalled spectator experience. 🖥📱

Whilst a great atmosphere for the athletes and spectators, this also provided a cutting edge training opportunity for our officials. They were able to train on the club's Electronic Distance Measurers (EDMs) and Field Lynx system.

The club are always looking for more volunteers, if you want to learn about these systems and help facilitate competition for our athletes get in touch! 📣

We cater for runners, jumpers, throwers and multi-eventers on the track, in the field, on the roads or over the country and are based at Kingsmeadow in Kingston-upon-Thames (KT1 3PB). We'll be very happy to help you with your sport – so please just get in touch and we'll do all we can to assist.
