This Sunday KACPH are hosting the final outdoor throws event of 2024, the Christmas Throws Pentathlon!

A merry band of athletes will compete in:
The Brussel Sprout (Hammer) Throw
The Snowflake (Shot) Put
The Candy Cane (Javelin) Throw
The Christmas Pudding on a plate (Discus) Throw
The Heavy Brussel Sprout (Weight) Throw
