The holidays meant that we struggled a little in the last rounds of the YDL - but it has been an excellent season from everyone and all the athletes, team managers and officials are to be congratulated on the huge progress made by both teams.

Over the coming week or two we have three big fixtures to finish up the seasons in the NAL, Rosenheim and SAL - as well as two more Lily B matches.

Good luck to everyone competing in these, starting this weekend with the Lily B and the "away" fixture at Liverpool for the NAL.

Our NAL team are looking for a strong finish to what has been a great season, if there are any last minute additions to the team please let Richard White know as we just have one or two spaces and it could make all the difference.

We cater for runners, jumpers, throwers and multi-eventers on the track, in the field, on the roads or over the country and are based at Kingsmeadow in Kingston-upon-Thames (KT1 3PB). We'll be very happy to help you with your sport – so please just get in touch and we'll do all we can to assist.
