SAVE THE DATES!

The provisional dates of the Downs Cross Country League have been announced for the 23/24 season. They are:

Match 1 - 8th October - Host Epsom & Ewell
Match 2 - 26th November - Host Kingston & Poly
Match 3 - 18th February - Host Herne Hill
Match 4 - 17th March - Host SLH

Boys & Girls run together and Race times will be :

U11 - 10:45 - athletes aged 8 to school year 6
U13 -11:05 - school years 7-8
U15/U17/U20 -11:30 - school years 9-10 (U15), 11-12 (U17) and school year 13 (U20)

(Your age group is determined by your age as at 31st August)

Distance of U11 is approximately 2.2k with U13 & U15/U17/U20 races approximately 3.2 k.

If you are keen to race please put these dates in your diary!!!

Coaches for All

We cater for runners, jumpers, throwers and multi-eventers on the track, in the field, on the roads or over the country and are based at Kingsmeadow in Kingston-upon-Thames (KT1 3PB). We'll be very happy to help you with your sport – so please just get in touch and we'll do all we can to assist.
