Happy New Year.

A lot has happened since we last posted.

The Surrey League has had three rounds and both teams are performing well. The men have shown it was no fluke getting promotion last year with a strong set of results to date leaving them in a very strong position to remain in the league next year.

The ladies have had some very good results too - with Rebecca Keddie being the star performer in each round.

In the Surrey XC Champs the club had it's biggest turnout for a long time with about thirty athletes. Star of the show was Phoebe Law with silver in the Senior Ladies.

The indoor season is now also underway and stop press news is that yesterday Tia Garrard won the South of England Champs at 300m.

We have also seen PBs from a number of other athletes, so it has been an encouraging start to 2024 already.

We cater for runners, jumpers, throwers and multi-eventers on the track, in the field, on the roads or over the country and are based at Kingsmeadow in Kingston-upon-Thames (KT1 3PB). We'll be very happy to help you with your sport – so please just get in touch and we'll do all we can to assist.
