Meet the Lily B Team Managers!

We are delighted to introduce Madeleine and Parminder, our Lily B Team Managers which is a girls competition for U11 - U17 girls.

About Us:
Madeleine's daughter Iris is in U15's - she has enjoyed going to Kingston athletics since the age of 7. She loves the friends she has made there and really enjoys keeping fit.
Parminder's daughter Saran is in U17's and has been coming to Lily B since U11. Parminder's son, Jeevan is U13, and he competes in the Ebbisham League so it's a family affair for the Rai family in KACPH!
We volunteer to manage the Lily B Kingston team as we didn't want Kingston to not have the opportunity of competing in this very special competition. We don't have any background in athletics, we are just two mums who are volunteering to help when no one else could.
Madeleine works in a sixth form college teaching A Level Fine Art and Parminder works as a software director in a large well known Tech firm.

What is it about your team that makes it so great?
The girls and their families are all very friendly, they support each other, and make the competition days great fun! Everyone is welcome and we encourage all athletes to try new events to gain experience and to also contribute to the team points! The athletes work hard but also have a lot of fun!

What’s the goal for the 2024 season?
We would like to make sure that we encourage all girls to enjoy athletics and to be proud of their achievements. We would like to help to keep girls participating in sport and to be happy.

Forget Nando's. We bake Lily B cakes for competition days with blue and white icing to match our kit!... no sauce, just plenty of icing!
