Excellent performances at first U11 Sportshall

K&P had easily the youngest and proudly the most diverse team at the U11 Surrey Sportshall comp on 16 November. Brilliantly led by our junior coaches Lily and Catherine, our 10 girls and 10 boys did really well, coming 7th overall. We had some spectacular results on the day, with our girls winning the hurdles relay and balance test and coming 2nd in the 2+2 relay, while our boys came 2nd in the target throw and 3rd in chest push. Among the many strong individual results, amazing top 3 places came from Sylvia Vlachou (1st in balance test), Raphael Faponle (2nd in chest push), Anoushka Campbell (3rd in long jump) and Nathan Amanuel (3rd in target throw). A big thanks to our officials and helpers Alana, Tia, Kylie, Adam, Yirga and Susanne. Huge congratulations to the team!
