A huge congratulations to all of our fantastic girls on yesterday’s competition at Kingston. We are incredibly proud of the energy, determination and positivity shown throughout the day—your team spirit was truly outstanding. Kingston, we love you! 💙🤍🖤
It was also so wonderful to meet so many new athletes who have joined us this season, we hope you enjoyed today and are looking forward to seeing you again.
A sincere thank you to our coaches, Dave and Caitlin, for giving up their Saturday to support the team, and to Frank and Suzanne for organising and officiating the field events. We are so grateful for everything you do. Please remember that all of our coaches and officials are volunteers—something that makes their contribution even more remarkable.
A very special thank you to Kylie Garrard for preparing over 90 packed lunches for our volunteer officials. Your generosity and effort are hugely appreciated.

Thank you to all the girls for giving 100% and for supporting one another so brilliantly. We are delighted to have finished in 3rd place overall—an excellent result!
Some highlights from a fantastic day:
💙 U14 Sprint Hurdles: Emily Laurencik kicking off the day with first place in the first race!
🤍 U12 600m: An incredible race between Isabel John and Blakely-Rae Barrikor, finishing in a photo finish—what a performance! It was wonderful to see such great sportsmanship with a hug at the finish line.
🖤 U12 Relays: As always, an amazing display of speed and teamwork. We love watching you race—keep it up, girls!
It has been especially rewarding to see how much all athletes have developed over the winter season. The progress across the team is clear—your hard work is paying off, so keep going!
Looking ahead, our next competition is on Saturday 6th June, so please keep the date free.
