Introducing Tom White – A Collection of Conversations
“It’s given me the confidence for this 2026 season.”
From his early days as a Kingston AC Kestrel trying every event to finding his stride as a specialist sprinter, Tom’s journey has been defined by steady progression and versatility. After successfully balancing rugby and athletics throughout his youth, he made the dedicated leap to sprinting at 15, rapidly dropping his PB times and reaching the pinnacle of junior athletics at the English Schools championships.
Now a Cardiff University graduate transition into a career in AI workflow, Tom is navigating the demanding commitment of balancing a corporate 9-to-5 with elite-level training. Despite a history of hamstring injuries, his "stop-start" 2025 season ended on a triumphant high, clocking a 10.8s finish that has him eyeing an invite to the British Championships. We are thrilled to see where his resilience and speed take him in 2026!
