Let's make this last SAL of the season one to remember! Please register at http://glester.co.uk there will be travel as usual details will follow!

We are aware the BAL is the next day, therefore ladies we need you more than ever! Gents, We don't expect anyone to do anything they don't wish to, however if you fancy a leg stretch or a cheeky jump out we would love to have you!

*BURGERS AND BOWLING*
Due to the BAL on the Sunday, we have made the decision to postpone our usual end of season SAL burgers and bowling social.

This will instead be on Saturday 16th September to hopefully allow more athletes to come!

You can sign up on the website below, plan will be to meet at GBK for burgers then onto the Rotunda for bowling!

As ever, athletes, parents, officials ALL welcome! It is always a good night!!
