Congratulations to Gareth Cook K&P Coach of the year on being accepted onto the Team England Throws Coaching staff - first duty will be the Loughborough Pathway International in May where he will be the coach for hammer, and he will also be involved in the Para Throws.

His work with his squad at Kingston is getting the recognition he deserves. …

It's nearly time for the first SAL match of the year. It is on Saturday May 20th at Twickenham.

2nd Match June 18 @ Carlshalton
3rd Match July 9th @ Tooting
4th Match August 19th @ Kingston

Coaches for All

We cater for runners, jumpers, throwers and multi-eventers on the track, in the field, on the roads or over the country and are based at Kingsmeadow in Kingston-upon-Thames (KT1 3PB). We'll be very happy to help you with your sport – so please just get in touch and we'll do all we can to assist.
