Congratulations to Kira Holt on her selection for the Great Britain team at the European U20 Championships.

She's enjoyed a big breakthrough this season and this is a just reward for all the hard work and progress she has made.

This weekend saw round 2 of the NAL. On one of the windy days ever seen for summer athletics in the UK (where winds of up to 9.9 m/s second were recorded at one venue) the team did really well to come home 5th in the match.

This wasn't quite as strong as the previous match, but a series of unfortunate injuries / absences meant it was always going to be tough to do quite as well.
