It has been a very busy few weeks for the club.

The men's cross country team have secured promotion to division 2 of the Surrey XC league, which is great news.

The women also finished their season strongly and the star performers across the matches were Gareth Price and Rebecca Keddie, who both finished near the front several times.

It's been a very busy few weeks.

The latest Championships to take place were the Surrey Indoors.

Not all the results are in yet, but Sam James won the High Jump (U15s), Eliot Ferguson gold in the U20M 60m hurdles and Kira Holt in the girls equivalent of this. There was also gold for Nathan Morrissey in the U20M shot put.

Congratulations to Connor Foley in the recent ESAA Cross Country Championships. Representing Surrey he came a very creditable 32nd in the senior boys race.

Opening her 800m outdoor season at the London Uni Varsity, Rebecca Keddie ran her 2nd quickest outdoor time ever with 2.16.03 to win by about 20 seconds.

Inaugural Surrey U13 / U11 Championships 25th June 2023

In a departure from the past, there will now be a separate Championships in Surrey for the younger athletes. Previously, the U13s would join in with the older athletes on the second weekend in May.

This year they get their on separate championships, which will be combined with a new U11s QuadKids (multi-event) team format on the same day.
