Low cost. Big impact.
Coaching is an optional extra available to members, separate from your annual membership. Try up to 2 sessions free, then it is a flat £20 a month, paid by standing order. It covers track fees (the track is owned by Kingston Council and operated by a private company) and coaching costs, though most of our coaches are volunteers who give up their time for the love of the sport.
Figures are approximate and may change. Most coaches are unpaid volunteers, so sessions can't run 52 weeks a year. You'll be told in advance via Spond.
Sessions vary by group, event focus and time of year.
Development pathway
Learn. Build fundamental movement skills and confidence.
Develop. Improve technique and broaden your event knowledge. You don't have to specialise straight away, and many athletes try several events first.
Compete. Apply your skills in training and competitions.
Achieve. Reach your goals and unlock your potential.
Groups are based on age, ability and development stage. Your coach will help you find your fit and tell you when you're ready to move up.
Tell us your age group and we'll show the leagues you can join and the fixtures you're eligible for.
